Return Conditions

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without bearing any legal or criminal liability. Following the receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the SELLER, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 10 days. Expenses incurred during the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be covered by the BUYER.

SELLER accepts and undertakes that BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of the contract, and may reject the product or service during this period. After the withdrawal notice reaches SELLER, the process of taking back the product is initiated immediately.

Within the scope of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal is not valid for products that are produced according to the BUYER's special requests, products that have been modified or added to, or products that have been personalized. Similarly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose prices are determined in the stock exchange or other organized markets.

For shipments to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and other international countries, in cases where the BUYER makes a purchase exempt from VAT, the customs duty and other legal obligations of the products must be covered by the BUYER. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied for products that have not been received from customs. This situation is outside the scope of the consumer's right of withdrawal without justification within 7 days after receiving the product, as specified in Article 7 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
