Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped from outside the European Union. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local sales taxes upon arrival.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.

Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout do not include any potential customs or import charges.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.
